1. Name of Offering
The Partner shall refer to the Offering in all marketing, sales, and customer communications relating to the Offering, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties. The Partner shall not use any other name for the Offering without Varnish’s prior written consent.
2. Permitted Trademarks
The Partner may use the Permitted Trademarks listed below in connection with its performance under this Agreement. The Permitted Trademarks shall be reproduced only from the master artwork provided by Varnish and shall not be redrawn, recreated, modified, distorted, or otherwise altered in any manner without Varnish’s prior written consent.

3. Misuse
The Partner shall not use the Trademarks in any manner that may damage, dilute or otherwise adversely affect the reputation, goodwill or brand of Varnish or its services. The Partner shall further not use the Trademarks in connection with any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content, material or activities, or in any context that may reasonably be considered harmful to the reputation or interests of Varnish.
The examples below illustrate common misuses of the Trademarks that the Partner shall avoid.
